The flat shipping charge is $6.50 and is shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail (at our descretion). Shipments to APO, FPO, Post Office Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and any other US territory outside of the US will require extra shipping charges. Shipments to these areas are most cost effective via the US Postal Service.

UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail orders are normally shipped one to three business day after your order and arrive within 3-10 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please email us for a quote. Also, please email us if you would like your tracking number.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from receipt for a 100% refund. We will only refund the full amount and shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error.

Samples

Having a difficult time deciding what you like best? Why not see it for yourself?

All samples must be paid for (we get so many requests!), and must be paid by credit card. The cost for samples is the price per individual product + shipping. We always suggest buying as many different types of samples as you have in mind at this time since you are paying the for shipping.

Shipping is reasonable and depends on the size of the sample, usually between $1.50 and $5.50, depending on if your order can be sent in an envelope, pack, or in a box.
